Win a signed copy bundle of Rukmini Iyer's bestselling Roasting Tin cookbook series and Falcon Enamelware goodies

One tin cakes, cookies & bakes

Rukmini Iyer was inspired to write The Roasting Tin when she realised the need for tasty, homecooked and simple dishes to cook after a long day: just prepare the ingredients, put them in a tin and let the oven do the work. Since then, over 1,000,000 copies of her cookbooks have been sold, all with her 'maximum flavour, minimum fuss' ethos at heart.

To celebrate the release of The Sweet Roasting Tin, which features 75 easy and delicious one-tin bakes, we're giving you the chance to win a signed bundle of all six of Rukmini's cookbooks – including her new book The Sweet Roasting Tin – and a set of elegant and durable Falcon Enamelware to get you started.

One lucky Caboodler will receive:

The Roasting Tin (signed)
The Green Roasting Tin (signed)
The Quick Roasting Tin
