I've a forest within but no trees to be spied;
Travellers are welcome, no passports required.
I can offer the past or the future, you choose -
Find your teacher or mentor, your prophet or muse.
I have many volumes yet often I'm hushed,
My stillness a refuge - in me you can trust.
In me you'll meet heroes, adventurers, spies,
Lovers and lawyers and gods - what am I?

The answer is... a bookshop!

(We also accepted 'library')

Congratulations to our winners Annabel J., Emily W., Sheelagh T., Susan L. and Toni E.
