Bookshop Description (Est. 2013)

We are Nottingham's only independent bookshop.
Five Leaves Bookshop stock is orientated towards independent presses, but we have a good representation of major publishing houses too. We like the reprint house Persephone, the art publisher Redstone, political publishers including Verso and Freedom, poetry publishers such as Carcanet and Bloodaxe, translation houses including Pierene and Pushkin Press, the landscape publisher Little Toller…

We have a large poetry section. Other sections in the shop include landscape/cityscape, music, general and translated fiction, travel writing, politics, LGBT, feminism, social history. We have a small children’s section.

Five Leaves is a member of the Alliance of Radical Booksellers, The Booksellers Association and the Inpress group of independent publishers. We're a friendly bunch.

Opening hours: Mon-Sat 10am-5.30pm, Sun 12noon-4pm

Greetings cards, radical tea towels and postcards,
